No Refund Policy

At [Your Business Name], we are committed to providing high-quality personal training services and BIA (Body Impedance Analysis) scans to support your health and fitness goals. Due to the nature of our services, we have established a strict No Refund Policy as outlined below:

 

1. Personal Training Sessions

All purchases of personal training packages, individual sessions, and programs are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Unused sessions

• Missed appointments

• Early termination of a training package

We understand that unexpected situations may arise; however, once a session or package is purchased, it is considered final. If you are unable to continue training, you may request to reschedule sessions within the terms of our cancellation policy. 

 

2. BIA Scan Services

BIA (Body Impedance Analysis) scans are also non-refundable once the scan has been conducted. If a scan appointment is missed without prior notice, it will be considered forfeited and will not be refunded or rescheduled without a new booking.

 

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling any personal training or BIA scan appointment. Failure to do so will result in the session being marked as used and will not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.

 

4. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in cases of documented medical emergencies or relocation, and are solely at the discretion of BRIK Nutrition LLC. All requests must be made in writing and submitted to briknutrition@gmail.com within 7 days of the incident.
